Christie Allison
Manager Support Services

Christie Allison is the Support Services Manager for The Nous Group. She provides national strategic management for the delivery of support services functions for Nous at both a corporate and operational level. Christie is also a Project Manager for Nous’ 360° feedback programs. Some of Christie’s achievements to date include:
- Extensive experience in the management and delivery of 360° feedback programs across Australia for a range of public and private sector clients
- Management of on-line 360° feedback programs for over 2000 participants involving:
- client relations and reporting
- survey setup and enhancement
- survey implementation
- communication strategies
- report design/production
- process improvement review and implementation
- group data analysis and reporting
- Coordination of team role diagnostic surveys for Australian and international organisations
- Project management of multi-site office design and relocation across 3 states
- Review, enhancement and implementation of support processes to deliver on business objectives
- Management of Nous support services with a strategic focus and cohesive delivery of support across all offices
- Management of the diverse support team at Nous.
Christie has a background in Marine Biology. She worked as a research technician for the Qld Department of Primary Industries in Cairns conducting research on tropical marine finfish aquaculture and coordination of projects including budgeting, resource allocation and milestone reporting. During this time Christie managed the research centre site redevelopment including design, planning and construction of a $8M research facility. She was also a member of Qld DPI Women’s Advisory Group, providing strategic advice to the Director General on issues affecting the progression of women to senior management positions.
Christie has a Bachelor of Science (Marine Biology) from James Cook University.
