I am continually inspired by the people that surround me at Nous. My work with the People Team gives me a strong sense of personal achievement whilst helping the company as a whole.
Cara has a strong and diverse background in education, recruitment and training where she has held numerous management and leadership roles. Her skills encompass training and assessment, employment strategy and recruitment, management, and sales.
Cara has worked across a variety of industries from vocational education and training to corporate recruitment as well as business consultancy for various small to medium companies.
