We're looking for Australia's top university graduates to join us. We recruit from all academic backgrounds to ensure a mix of knowledge, skills and approaches to problem solving.

As a graduate consultant at Nous, your "home" will be in one practice group but you will work across many. You will have the opportunity to work across practices and industry sectors until you find your niche.

As well as helping you to develop as a consultant through skills training, you will be mentored and work closely with our principals and associates. This combination will allow you to develop the breadth of your skills and the depth of your expertise.
