Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for an outstanding leadership and people development professional to join our fabulous team in Sydney, Canberra or Perth.

We do great work for clients who are making an important contribution to their societies. We focus on clients for whom there is a high return on good ideas, outstanding people and the effective use of information.

An experienced executive facilitator with a strong background in learning and development, the successful candidate will offer:

  • proven ability to drive successful leadership development programs from end-to-end: identifying client needs, designing appropriate interventions, and delivering programs with tangible results
  • highly engaging facilitation experience with senior executives
  • a strong, established network of professional contacts
  • the ability to win business and grow our leadership practice
  • demonstrated thought leadership in the area of leadership and people development
  • the ability to work independently, effectively prioritising work across multiple clients simultaneously
  • preparedness to travel interstate and attend residential programs.

Ideally you will bring a depth of consulting experience as well as experience in a senior functional role in organisation development, leadership or learning and development.

You will have a passion for leadership and individual development, have excellent organisational and people management skills, and possess relevant tertiary qualifications.
