We are looking for exceptional consultants to join our talented and committed people in the organisational capability team.

Organisational capability consults across a variety of issues, including:

  • organisational design and development
  • talent management and competency development
  • cultural change management
  • organisational effectiveness.

As a consultant you will:

  • undertake research and analysis to draw out insights
  • develop presentations, reports, written documents, including statistical and graphics materials
  • contribute to project content.

To succeed in this role at Nous, you will:

  • have a genuine interest in human resource issues
  • be intelligent and academically accomplished – a distinction average or above is expected
  • have the ability to structure analyses and undertake them in a logical and efficient manner
  • have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • be well organised and able to run multiple pieces of work in a timely and organised fashion
  • be able to work autonomously in support of highly experienced colleagues
  • have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of statistical packages would also be useful
  • ideally have 1-5 years’ experience in a professional services environment.
  • have enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
