Nous Group is looking for exceptional senior consultants to join our teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth consulting to our private and public sector clients on organisational development, people management, capability, change and culture.
To succeed in this role you will offer:
- strong practitioner or consulting experience in organisational development, change and culture
- demonstrated internal or external consulting skills
- ability to engage with and influence senior management
- ability to apply structured thinking and appropriate frameworks to analyse clients’ problems and provide practical solutions
- a track record of making things happen and achieving business outcomes
- effective facilitation skills.
Ideally, you will have between five and 10+ years’ professional experience and a strong professional network. You will also bring a passion for applying your strong practitioner skills to meaningful work to achieve positive influence in a growth-oriented, values-driven organisation.
