Project experience
Leadership and people development
- project managed a large scale leadership development program aimed at frontline and middle managers for a national insurance provider. This included management of the program design and nation-wide roll-out over two years for 200 participants.
- designed a frontline leadership program for a large state government infrastructure agency aimed to provide practical management skills application across a broad range of leadership roles
- managed tri-state workshop delivery for leaders focused on leading change and managing staff
- delivered employee satisfaction surveys for a not-for-profit organisation in the creative industry. This included survey delivery, analysis and group facilitation to develop actions in response to the results.
Design and delivery of development diagnostics
Design and delivery of online 360 degree feedback programs for over 3,000 leaders including survey design, program delivery, system improvements and group data analysis. Projects include:
- feedback process for a national insurance provider (over 300 participants) over consecutive years
- feedback process for the executive team of a government organisation over two years including comprehensive group data analysis and senior executive team presentation
- long term feedback process for middle managers of a large geographically dispersed government department (approximately 800 participants over consecutive years)
- feedback program for leaders of the Australian military as part of a large business transformation strategy including comprehensive group report analysis.
Internal services management
- leadership of a large geographically dispersed team of support/administrative staff including staff development, performance management and strategic planning
- operational and strategic management of support services delivery including improvement of business processes and infrastructure to deliver effective business operations nationally
- consultation and review of a professional services support team to assess level of motivation and value to the business. Facilitated the results and strategic action planning with the team.
- project management of national office design, fit-out and relocation over four locations. This included premises search, design scope, contractor relationship management and negotiations to meet project deliverables and budget plus active change management for staff engagement.

- Previously a member of a Women's Advisory Group for a government department providing advice on issues affecting the progression of women to senior management positions within the department.

Christie previously worked for Queensland Department of Primary Industries in aquaculture research.
