Congratulations AHRI awards finalists!

As a proud sponsor of the 2011 Australian Human Resources Industry (AHRI) annual awards for excellence, Nous would like to congratulate all finalists on their outstanding achievements, particularly in the area of innovation in HR which was the focus of the awards.

The event took place in November at Melbourne’s Crown Casino, where Nous Principal, Richard Rawling, took to the stage to present National Australia Bank (NAB) with the Wayne Cascio Award for Organisational Development and Leadership. This award, sponsored by Nous, recognises outstanding people management initiatives, progressive leadership and a responsible approach to organisational design - something that Nous is passionate about and expert in.
