Lauren has expertise in organisational culture, team dynamics, talent management, leadership, change management and organisational research methods. A registered psychologist, Lauren has strong conceptual and critical thinking skills, which she applies to all her client work to generate insight and practical solutions to complex problems.

Lauren works with private and public sector organisations. She has particular experience in working with universities, not-for-profits and government agencies in the areas of primary industries, justice and human services.
Project experience
Organisational reviews
- project managed numerous organisational reviews that encompassed organisational design, culture, capability, resource allocation, business processes and strategy
- led organisational effectiveness assessments and facilitated action planning workshops to address presenting issues.
Culture change
- developed and administered organisational culture assessment tools
- facilitated staff workshops to define and embed behaviours that support strategic goals
- designed and guided the implementation of culture change programs.
People strategy
- developed a three year people strategy and a new HR structure for a large Victorian Government department
- worked with a financial services provider to develop a new employment brand and a supporting communications approach
- conducted a comprehensive study into the drivers of attraction and retention issues affecting a network of Australian universities.
Change management
- led the communications function on a large business transformation project for a national energy provider
- developed numerous implementation and change management plans to support the outcomes of organisational reviews and strategic planning programs.
Strategic planning
- conducted various strategic and business planning sessions for government and not for profit organisations
- worked with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre to develop their 2010-2013 strategic plan
- worked with Court Network, a volunteer based not for profit organisation to develop their 2011-2014 strategic plan.

Lauren worked as a human capital consultant at Mercer before joining Nous.
Interests
Lauren has always had a deep and broad appreciation of the arts, but she is particularly interested in piano, theatre, photography, painting and literature. She also loves to cook.
