Nadine has worked on private and public sector projects in Australia and South-East Asia. She has industry experience across the energy, broadcasting, FMCG, aviation, aged care and government.
Project experience
Organisational capability, culture and change
- Development of a program to drive performance and engagement for a large aged care provider.
- Project governance for a federal government agency. Following an organisational culture survey a committee was established to drive engagement and increase the moral of the employees across the agency. Nadine’s role was to establish the committees’ guidelines, purpose and communication strategy. She also provided guidance and advice on the projects for the first three months of the committees’ establishment.
- A cultural change initiative for one of Australia’s top energy providers. The project involved extensive planning, multiple design and delivery elements, staff engagement through focus groups and executive and stakeholder updates.
- A cultural change program for a division of a federal government agency. This included facilitation of focus groups across Australia to gain employee engagement and transfer of insights into the design and delivery of annual planning days for over 200 people.
- A South Australian Government agency wanted to address cultural and engagement issues that were leading to a high turn over in staff. Nadine worked directly with the senior executives and managed their project team to provide a cultural survey.
Business planning
- For the past three years Nadine has designed and delivered the business planning workshop for the technical department of an Australian broadcasting corporation.
- Nadine worked with the executive team of one of Australia’s leading FMCG to support the delivery of their growth strategy. She also worked with their individual business units to develop improvement initiatives.
Skill development
- Consultation, design and delivery of an ambitious management program for one of NSW’s largest not-for-profit health care providers. Nadine project manages the program which is being delivered to over 400 managers across NSW.
- Delivery of workshops designed to develop and enhance participant’s facilitation and presentation skills.
- Design and facilitation of a two-day program for graduates of a large federal agency. The workshop focuses on both leadership and core-skills.
- Development of a decision making workshop for a large government agency to increase employee capability to make timely and informed decisions, while achieving the best results for the client and all parties involved. The workshop was delivered to over 2,000 employees across Australia over a four week period.
- Managed design and delivery of a management development program for one of Hong Kong’s largest energy companies. Nadine is the key contact for the Hong Kong client and manages the local facilitators and coordinates the program delivery from Australia.

Past employment
Prior to Nous, Nadine spent four years working in the United Kingdom as a Human Resources Manager for a top commercial produce company.
Interests
Nadine is passionate about the ocean and travel. She grew up by the beach and is an experienced scuba diver. With a love for the outdoors, Nadine has travelled to over 40 countries. In general, keeping an active, fit and healthy life style helps her to stay motivated at work.
