Persist and Deliver
Date: 11th November 2010
Time: 5:30 - 7:30pm
Speaker: Greg Rowntree, Insurance Australia Group
It is crucial to hold people to account for doing what they said they would do. Create a process that supports people in their intention to follow through.
Insurance Australia Group’s (IAG) Building Successful Partnerships program involved the design and delivery of a program engaging all staff. The program aimed to enhance their people’s capability to build successful partnerships within business units. This was achieved through a series of interactive workshops working on core capabilities needed for behaviour change. All staff participated in a common core module followed by two more modules broken into streams reflecting different types of working relationships. This is a true example of where persistence and delivery made improvements to business outcomes.
Senior Manager, Corporate Applications, Greg Rowntree will explore the IAG journey with the group
The sessions above are most valuable if you attend the series, however they do hold their own individually!Make sure you register early for each session to ensure you do not miss out.
