Penelope Cottrill

Life’s too short to waste the energy people put into their work. I’m sincerely committed to helping build positive and purposeful workplaces, both because these are more humane places and because I have seen that great workplaces deliver great business results. It is not a zero sum game.

Penelope is an expert organisation development and change management consultant with more than 15 years Australian and international experience. She specialises in working with leaders to build and harness organisations to deliver business outcomes. Penelope is sought after for her expertise, strategic thinking and facilitation skills. In addition to leading consulting projects, Penelope spends up to one third of her time working directly with leaders to develop their capability and better align their efforts to organisational priorities.
