Roger brings over 17 years’ experience in the delivery of practical and effective communications. He combines superior evaluation and analysis skills with a strong creative drive to deliver innovative and practical solutions. Roger possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a strong capacity to think broadly and creatively.

Roger has worked across the not for profit and for profit sectors in Australia and the UK.


Project experience

Communication:

  • extensive experience writing and editing material for a range of audiences and applications

 

Brand management:

  • development and management of the Nous Group identity

 

Collateral development:

  • development and production of printed and digital collateral that reflects the full breadth and depth of Nous’ capability and experience

 

Business development:

  • production of targeted/tailored collateral to support BD efforts

 

Proposal/report writing and editing:

  • contributes to the development of key proposals, reports and presentations.

Education / accreditation / board membership

  • Bachelor of Arts (Politics), Swinburne University
  • Grad. Dip. (Performance), Victorian College of the Arts.

Prior to joining Nous, Roger‘s roles included:

  • freelance editor
  • Giving Group Ltd (UK), requirements analyst
  • TMP worldwide (UK), project manager
  • Southrock Corporation, marketing manager.

Interests

Roger is an accomplished musician who is passionate about food, music (to accompany the food), fitness (to balance the food) and travel (to explore the food).
