As Information Manager at Nous, Stefanie is responsible for all knowledge management systems and Nous’ intranet.  Stefanie moved into the IM role after working as an organisational capability and strategy consultant. She is highly skilled in communication strategy, information systems and online publishing. Stefanie helps organisations design and implement information and communication systems to reflect how people really access and exchange ideas. A web communications and new media specialist, Stefanie designs innovative technical solutions that remain user-centric and achievable.

Communications strategy

  • designed and delivered a comprehensive whole-of-organisation marketing strategy for a tertiary education provider
  • designed and implemented social media communications strategy for corporate business, government and consumer franchise clients.

Project management

  • managed the delivery of a range of types of projects, in varying fields and of various sizes, including complex evaluations, strategy development and organisational reviews.  Manages sensitive client communications and stakeholder expectations whilst providing high-quality deliverables.

Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Cultural Studies and Psychology, Melbourne University.

Past employment

Prior to joining Nous, Stefanie worked as a social media manager at a PR firm, where she was responsible for implementing clients’ brand strategies on specific social media platforms. She also advised clients on how to best strategically translate brand stories and personalities online.

Interests

Stefanie enjoys art and culture in all its forms, but particularly the internet, television and film. She has played music all her life and has played in some of Australia’s premier youth orchestras, concert bands and brass bands.
