Tania has over 15 years’ experience as a consultant and line manager. She is passionate about working with her clients to develop practical solutions. Tania is skilled in business planning, business improvement, project management, communications and public affairs. She also has extensive leadership experience, having led teams of up to 40 people.
Tania has worked with private and public sector clients in financial services, defence and security, economic development and government.
Project experience
Strategy development
- facilitated and developed a five year strategic plan and governance option for a cross jurisdictional executive development organisation
- developed a financial advice service delivery strategy for a super fund developed a service delivery strategy, governance arrangement and processes for a web channel.
Business improvement and model design
- developed a performance baseline and performance indicators for a whole of government recruitment process prior to implementation of an e-recruitment system
- business model and process design for a government agency’s camera enforcement branch
- in partnership with a client team, developed business simplification strategies for a financial services organisation.
Communications and engagement
- partnered with a client team to facilitate the development of a communication strategy for the Navy’s major transformation project
- managed communications and public affairs strategies for an organisation with approximately 10,000 staff
- delivered Australian Defence Force communication solutions in East Timor.

Prior to Nous, Tania was an officer in the Royal Australian Air Force where she held leadership positions in engineering, logistics management and public affairs.
