Business performance review of $2 billion public agency

Nous conducted an organisational review of this $2 billion public agency to assess its business performance and identify any areas for improvement. Nous assessed the organisation’s strategic capability and governance arrangements, service delivery arrangements, organisational structure, processes and systems and its culture.

The project involved a series of interviews and focus groups with the organisation’s key stakeholders and a range of staff, and the analysis of relevant documentation. Nous provided a suite of recommendations to assist the organisation consolidate its performance in readiness for future challenges.

The organisation is in the process of implementing these recommendations, and has approached Nous to undertake further work.
