Business plan developed for the Housing Sector Development Branch (DHS Vic)

Nous was engaged to assist the Department of Human Services (Vic) Housing Sector Development Branch produce its business plan 2009/2010. Nous worked with the client to design a process and create a high level of engagement. All 50 staff in the Branch participated in an initial workshop to generate a comprehensive understanding of the external factors impacting the Branch over the coming year, and the areas of focus required. Nous worked with the leadership team over two days to refine those initial outputs and produce a final Plan. As part of the project, Nous advised the client on how its Business Plan should align with and link to the overall Division’s Strategic Plan.
