Nous was engaged to develop a business planning process which would generate clear priorities relevant throughout a large complex organisation.
Nous transformed the business planning process to be simple with relevance across the organisation. The process ensures active agency participation in planning and implementation. As accountability is essential to implementation of plans Nous transformed the Executive's oversight of strategic and business performance.
The new approach simplified the process, enhanced accountability and strengthened strategic leadership. Nous worked along side staff to develop the approach and ensure an effective transfer of knowledge.
