Business review and recommendations for a survey program

Nous undertook a holistic review of the Health and human services Survey Program - NSW's largest telephone-based survey program.

Structural changes within NSW Health and human services meant the program needed to significantly expand or refine / focus its purpose. Nous reviewed the program's governance, business model / operations and funding arrangement and distilled a set of clear, implementable recommendations to enable the program to continue provide important Health and human services data in the new organisational structure.

The recommendations were informed by comprehensive research of similar survey programs in other jurisdictions and consultation with the end users of the program's outputs.
