Change management for a complex IT project
The Department of Employment, Education and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) engaged Nous to provide a comprehensive Organisational Change Management approach for a complex technology project. The project was made complex by the notion that DEEWR were simply the providers of the technology and processes, were not consumers of the technology and there had been difficulties in achieving the project in the past. Nous consulted widely with the relevant stakeholders and developed a governance and change model that provided the basis for orderly roll-out of the new technologies.
