Design and delivery of strategic leadership program for the ABS

 The Australian Bureau of Statistics engaged Nous to design and deliver a leadership program to build the capability of its most senior executives to provide effective leadership within their changing strategic environment and the broader shift within the APS towards a ‘whole of government’ approach.

A significant component of the delivered program was development of the executives’ ability to engage in strategic thinking to deliver key organisational outcomes. A one day workshop was dedicated to developing this capability.

Program participants not only developed their knowledge of structured and strategic thinking; they built confidence in applying these principles within their organisation.
