Integrated IT strategy for energy company

Nous was engaged by a Victorian energy company to support the development of the organisation's first integrated IT strategy. This required development of an early view of the likely core components of the organisation's corporate strategy, at that time also under development by the management team. Nous provided expert guidance to an internal project team for development of the IT strategy document and an accompanying implementation plan. Both documents were endorsed by the Board and have been activated to support critical market and development operations.
