KPIs developed for a federal government agency

Nous worked with the Department to facilitate development of new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and key deliverables for the Department's 2008-2009 Budget Portfolio Statement.  The new KPIs reflected the new focus of the then recently-elected Rudd Government on investing in infrastructure (including administering the new body, Infrastructure Australia) and solving infrastructure bottlenecks. Nous convened and led eight workshops to canvass new KPIs, determine their feasibility and measurability and define their implications for the Department's day-to-day practices.
