Ministerial advisory committee assisted to deliver on strategic plan

Nous was engaged by the Victorian Department of Sustainability and the Environment in the role of ‘expert adviser’ to the Ministerial Advisory Committee for Living Victoria. In this capacity Nous developed and presented a set of strategic options/pathways to deliver the objectives of the government's Living Victoria policy.  The pathways drew on expert input from three companion work streams and a diverse range of stakeholders to present an integrated and coherent policy response for government. Nous has was also engaged to perform a similar role in the development of a detailed implementation plan.
