Skills development in the film and television sector

Nous was engaged by an organisation focused on developing skills in the film and television sector to help develop a three-year strategic plan. We reviewed the performance of the organisation's current initiatives, worked with the senior management team to identify strategic objectives for the next three years, and developed a series of recommendations regarding their two biggest opportunities:

(1) Better leveraging relationships with industry partners, and

(2) Developing a valuable industry research product suite based on a database of screen industry project information which had recently been transferred to the organisation.

Nous’ recommendations attracted support from the organisation's board and set the foundations for two successful new initiatives.
