Strategic options to improve higher education and VET access and outcomes

Nous was engaged by a leading Victorian university to develop a range of strategic approaches that the Victorian Government could adopt to improve higher education and VET access and outcomes across Melbourne’s south east growth corridor. These approaches were specifically designed to meet the needs of a growing population, high levels of relative socio economic disadvantage and rising demand for education and training. We developed and analysed a range of options based upon principles of strategic alliance, integration and partnership to achieve coordinated benefits in education delivery.
