Strategic plan for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health

The Office of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (OATSIH), a Division of the Department of Health and Ageing, engaged Nous to facilitate its strategic planning. The plan identified the divisional priorities and its role in the development of services such as primary health care and remote service delivery for Indigenous people. Nous also led the Division’s identification of the operational arrangements required to achieve the outcomes. The collaborative relationships necessary to bring about reform and positive health outcomes were also defined in the planning session. Closing the Gap in Indigenous health is a major Government priority.
