Strategic planning and performance improvement for a challenger bank

A mid-tier bank engaged Nous to analyse and improve the performance of a bank specific sales channel.

Nous and the client used joint workshops to review, analyse and test data in order to build a consolidated view of channel performance. Analysis included regressions to identify the relative importance of different drivers of improvement so that improvement opportunities for the channel could be prioritised. The conclusions were written jointly by the client and Nous rather than being written solely by an ‘outside’ consultant.

The outcome for the client was a much better understanding of the channel’s effectiveness and specific improvements possible through improved channel management.
