Strategic priorities and implementation plan for research centre

Nous worked with the director of a research centre within a state government health department to develop a 5 year strategic plan and define the centre's core functions. The project involved considerable consultation with centre managers and employees, and a range of other stakeholders for whom the centre was considered a client. Nous prepared three deliverables - an overview of the centre and the project, a high level strategic plan (which became a public document) and an implementation plan which identified the organisational priorities and change initiatives required to deliver on the plan.
