Aligned strategic plan and executive team delivers record results

Nous designed and facilitated strategic planning for the Australian operations of a major global pharmaceutical company. The planning included projecting financials for each product line, identification of savings opportunities across the business and facilitation of a three day executive workshop. The workshop combined strategic planning with executive team effectiveness - supporting the new MD for Australia in creating a highly successful executive team. The plans were successfully implemented and the company had record results for the following three years.
