Board strategy facilitation to move organisation forward
A major corporate superannuation fund engaged Nous to facilitate its board strategic retreats over three key years. Nous worked with the board and the fund as it worked to reset strategy, rebuild the organisation and implement the necessary change to move the organisation forward. The board strategic retreats were important mechanisms where the new CEO and board agreed on the fund's future direction and ensured stability and consensus.
