Building a high performance team for a leading financial institution

This leading financial institution engaged Nous to increase the effectiveness of its Business Intelligence (BI) Services. BI Services experienced increasing demands on service levels and scope. Performance was highly visible across the organisation as their profile grew and employee engagement was low.

Nous conducted the Organisational Effectiveness Profile (OEP) survey to better understand where BI needs to focus their attention and to highlight key areas for improvement particularly relating to strategic intent, business processes and culture/behaviours. We conducted a series of workshops with the executive management team, team leaders and staff to distil the results and devise an action plan. In conjunction with this diagnostic phase of work, we worked with all senior leaders and staff to better understand and define the 'purpose' of BI Services and the value it adds to the organisation.
