Building engaging leaders for a major Australia insurance company

 A major Australian insurance company set a business growth strategy with a target date of 2013. A key success factor was the capability of frontline and middle level managers to effectively engage the company’s workforce.

Nous designed and delivered Leading Edge; an engaging, practical leadership development program targeted at frontline and middle managers.

Leading Edge incorporated a 360 feedback process including a one on one debrief with a Nous coach, a residential module, and three one day modules covering the key skill areas of driving business results, leading performance and leading change.

Leading Edge has had a direct, tangible impact on team and business performance throughout the course of the program. Participants have applied their new capabilities to drive change initiatives and manage towards a fundamental change in workplace culture. Nous has been engaged to roll-out the program nationally
