Building executive leadership capability
The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) engaged Nous to review the leadership capabilities of the SES leadership team.
Nous used an online 360 degree feedback process including individual, targeted one-on-one debriefs with a Nous consultant. All SES officers completed the process in 2007 and 2008. The survey results identified individual strengths and possible development areas. Nous also developed a comprehensive report on the group results for the SES team using quantitative data aggregated from the individual reports and qualitative insights drawn from the debriefing process.
The 2008 report highlighted significant improvements in all measured leadership capabilities of the DIAC SES Leadership Team.
