Change leadership capability in turbulent financial markets

A leading Australian bank engaged Nous to design and facilitate a series of change leadership offsites for executives and leaders in the risk division of the bank. These two-day workshops developed leaders' ability to create and communicate a compelling change vision, develop the courage and resilience to take action and make change happen. Using practical 'real plays', leaders practised the skills needed to lead people through the emotional journey of change by empowering others and through constructive conversations. Based on the success of the risk workshops, Nous was asked to develop a similar program for leaders throughout the bank.
