Change leadership development program for leading Victorian university

A leading Victorian university engaged Nous to design and deliver a leadership development program to build change leadership capability across the organisation. The university was implementing a complex reform agenda which required strong change leadership to be successful. The highly interactive workshop was designed to build leaders change leadership capability, to develop their understanding of change management and change leadership, to equip leaders with tools to manage the human dimensions of change and to explore current change leadership challenges.
