Change management capability improved

A leading Australian bank engaged Nous to develop and deliver a 'Coaching and influencing the business through change' program.

This two-day residential program for experienced internal change practitioners improved participants' ability to act as effective change coaches through a combination of: personal insight informed by an individual diagnostic (MBTI), further developing change management expertise, and building influencing and change coaching capabilities. The program targeted change management in a business context and senior representatives from the business played a role in the delivery of the program.

The program was highly participative and engaged participants in sharing and applying their expertise, including through a full day change project simulation. The first program was rated a success by participants and business stakeholders and was key in building a common approach to and language for change management across this group of practitioners.
