Change management supports shift to regional management model - Phase 2

The Department of Justice engaged Nous to deliver change management services to embed the changes implemented as part of their transition to a regional management model. Nous delivered regional planning workshops to assist the regions to develop their first regional plans and to build newly developed regional management teams. In addition, Nous supported the implementation of two new roles established in the regions by working with regional staff to clarify roles and to implement strategies to improve effectiveness.
