Change requirements identified for expanded correctional services

A state correctional services provider engaged Nous to assess organisation culture and identify changes required to best enable the introduction of two major new prisons into the state's system. We worked with a wide range of key leaders in the organisation and identified a set of cultural change priorities and built a comprehensive change plan. Subsequently, the government decided not to proceed with the budget for the new prisons. Aspects of the change plan were still implemented as part of an alternate change process.
