Component development for a multijurisdictional environmental report

Nous worked within extremely tight timeframes to assist a business unit within a federal agency to complete components of a multijurisdictional and multifaceted national water plan.

Working closely with the client team, Nous developed storylines and frameworks for the report components, identified key decision points and facilitated their resolution. This contributed to a compelling report. In addition to managing timelines, task allocation and project direction, Nous designed and facilitated a three day intensive planning workshop.

Following finalisation of the methodology, Nous assisted the client to compile a scientifically rigorous report that met the requirements of diverse stakeholders. Nous further assisted the client by providing strategic advice in the presentation of findings to the client organisation's Board.
