Nous was engaged to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and to facilitate the selection of an appropriate CRM system. Business requirements were gathered from 25 managers across the organisation and analysed. Four key differentiating requirements were identified, around which Nous developed scenarios for inclusion in a 'request for demonstration' that was distributed to CRM system vendors. Nous worked with the client to short-list vendors and develop a road map for the implementation of the new CRM strategy across the organisation.
