Culture change and executive leadership development
Nous was engaged by one of Australia's largest industry superannuation funds to design and deliver a cultural change and leadership development program for their executive team.
The project was conducted in five phases: a cultural analysis, development of a competency framework, capability building for the executive team, implementation of cultural change initiatives and a staff engagement strategy. Delivery of the interconnected elements of the program led to a high level of staff engagement in the program, definition of an organisation wide desired culture and competency framework and a series of culture change initiatives.
The effectiveness of the executive team was improved through building their leadership capability.
