DAFF graduate development program

The Dept. of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) engaged Nous to design and deliver a nine-month, multi-touch point program for the 2009 DAFF graduate group of approx. 60 participants. The program consisted of six skills workshops (covering influencing, negotiation, presentation skills, team building, interview skills and job applications); a workshop for the graduates' supervisors and a one-on-one coaching session to assist graduates to utilise their new skills effectively as they move into their second year. The program was very well received by the department and the graduates. The graduates demonstrated tangible development throughout the year.
