Developing leadership skills in an award winning program design

A major Australian airline engaged Nous to build leadership capacity within the organisation.

Nous developed two programs for a suite targeted at supervisors and managers. These programs were anchored in the client's capability framework and included customised experiential activities and an innovative format that actively engages and energises staff around their personal leadership challenges. As well as designing the program, Nous trained a team of facilitators who then delivered the programs to nearly two thousand supervisors and managers from across the business.

The program received an award for design excellence from the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
