Developing the work ready skills of students

A leading Australian university established a business to place students in work during their studies. Nous was engaged to help them build the workplace skills of their students in preparation for placement. We designed and developed three practical, three hour workshops. These covered interpersonal communication, team work, planning and organisation, presentation skills, and life-long learning. Participants reported that the workshops made the transition to work placements easier and more satisfying.
