Development of a strategic plan for NFP health provider

A leading multi-disciplinary healthcare provider engaged Nous to facilitate a series of workshops with the CEO and the executive team and to produce a new two year strategic plan. To develop the strategic plan, Nous presented the likely impacts and opportunities that the national health reform agenda and state government initiatives would have, both on existing operations and on potential growth opportunities.  Nous received positive feedback from the CEO on both the innovative approach taken during the workshops and on the robust product delivered.
