Diagnostic review of a rural and remote health services leadership development program

A state health agency wished to tailor their extensive leadership development program to meet the needs of rural and remote health services. Nous was engaged to review the specific and unique leadership development challenges that face CEOs, executives and clinical leaders in a rural environment. A remote health service was used as a pilot site to meet with the various leadership groups to distil the essence of the leadership issues into a diagnostic report for the agency. The report formed the basis for the redesign of the  agency's leadership development program.
