Enhancing the capabilities of leaders within Centrelink's SA IT Branch
The South Australian Centrelink IT branch engaged Nous to deliver a 360 degree feedback process to 15 leaders within the branch.
These leaders had already been through a development program and the 360 was designed to be used as a method to assess how much they have changed and adapted new leadership skills since the start of the program. The 360 questions were based on the ILS and previous Centrelink 360’s.
Feedback from the client indicated that participants found the process a beneficial tool for assessing their development since the start of their leadership journey with much of the feedback indicating noticeable changes in behaviour.
