Executive team strategy workshop for international bank

Nous worked with the senior team from the Australian arm of an international agricultural bank to identify their key strategic priorities and develop action and project plans to successfully deliver on their objectives. A key component of future success was changes in governance - changing who made which decisions following what processes. Major changes to governance were considered, debated and agreed at the workshop with Nous support on models and in the facilitation of the decision making.
