Facilitated strategic planning process sets organisation's purpose

The Australian arm of a leading global office products distributor engaged Nous to facilitate the development of their strategic plan. Through workshops drawing on all levels of the organisation as well as an industry study, we developed an organisational purpose and strategy then reviewed the company's ability to deliver on these objectives.
